CA EXAMS 2020: POSTPONMENT OF EXAM IN TAMIL NADU AND PUDUCHERRY DUE TO CYCLONE

                          The institute of chartered accountants of  India has issued notification on 24 November, for Postponment of CA exams in the state of TAMIL NADU and PUDUCHERRY ( U.T.) considering the current situation of the cyclone Nivar.

                           The decision of  postponment has been taken by institute taking into account the heavy rain due to the cyclone nivar and the consequent  disruption of the normal life. 

                            As per the notification issued by the by the institute the exams of the intermediate (integrated professional competence examination), (group-1), paper -2 , Business laws and ethics and communication & intermediate examination (group 1), paper - 2 , corporate and other laws , final ( old ) examination, (group -1),  paper -3 & final ( new ) examination ( group -1)  paper-3 advanced auditing and professional ethics scheduled to be held on 24 & 25 November 2020, in Chennai, Cuddalore, kancheepuram, Karaikudi, Kumbakonam, Nagapattinam, Pudukkottai, Tiruvallure, & Villupuram and Puducherry (U.T.) stands rescheduled. 

                            The rescheduled Intermediate & IPC examination shall be held on 9 December ,2020 and  the final ( old & new ) examination shall be held on 11 December,2020 for the above stated centres only.

                            The institute has also clarified that the admit cards issued on 2 November ,2020 for the examination would remain valid for the rescheduled date.

                             It is also clarified on the part of institute that the examination scheduled from 21 November in respect of all other cities shall remain unchanged and continue to be held till 14 December, 2020.

                            The students who have opted out of November examination can appear in the test in January, the detailed schedule for the same will be realised soon.

RESULT DATES FOR FINAL & FOUNDATION ANNOUNCED!!

                                                                  The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has made announcement on 19th March,2021 regarding the declaration of  results of CA final (new & Old course) and foundation  conducted in January 2021. The result will be   declared on 21st March,2021 ( Sunday on evening ) or 22nd March ,2021 (Monday in morning) .                                         Candidates also have an option to get their results through e-mail, for that they need to register their request on  Icaiexam.icai.org  from 19th March,2021 . code of conduct for CA students.

               The council of the institute of chartered accountants of India has made Announcment on 2 December, 2020, regarding the code of conduct to be followed by the students who are Registred for foundation / intermediate / final course,  has completed practical training or not, is required to adhere to the code of conduct issued by the institute.                It is hereby also specified that the student undergoing articled training are required , for boys formal clothes and for girls sarees/kurta pazama / suit.
